Job Qualification

- Strong understanding of customer needs and the ability to create tailored solutions for diverse customer segments.
- Proven ability to craft comprehensive product strategies, incorporating aspects like product design, customer engagement, marketing, and sales channels.
- Exceptional skills in negotiation, persuasive communication, and summarizing complex information for key decision-makers.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with insurance companies and internal banking teams.
