Title: Corporate ESG Responsibility Specialist (Marketing Communication)
Job Description
- Develop brand/campaign communication pack and execution, which lead to fulfillment of planned message, channels, method for effective and powerful communication campaign;
- Be a guardian of the brand styled guide and work with marketing / agency and coordinate with bank-wide internal teamwork to ensure that communications are in alignment and consistency across all channels;
- Develop proper agency briefs and ensure execution of TVC, KVs, and other relevant brand materials, including review and feedback their works, measure effectiveness, and summarize report for each project;
- Communicate the Bank corporate contents to the public, such as ESG strategy and impletation, climate actions, business plans/targets, highlight innovation.
- Proactively initiate communication idea with practical approach to promote the corporate image, while catching up with market trends
- Closely monitor competitors’ movement in branding aspect and regularly review KBank’s brand communication strategy and action plans to ensure leading competitiveness in the market
- Catch up with changes and updates in functionalities of digital advertisement tools/trends, such as Google, Facebook, and Tiktok, etc.
Job Qualification
- Master’s degree in marketing management, Mass communications, or related fields. Minimum 4-5 years of working experiences in communication field or Advertising Agency is an advantage.
- Able to initiate communication and campaign strategy, combined with integrated marketing communication plan and ensure omnichannel customer experiences for both online and offline channels.
- Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English; excellent writing skill, and verbally presenting skill towards various public audiences.
- Excellent presentation skill; able to process information and create powerful presentation, by using at least basic Microsoft Office tools, such as PowerPoint and Excel, and else, equipped with CANVA tools is an advantage.
- Able to creatively initiate new idea, plan and execute event details or workshop, co-working with organizer or internal event team with strong organizational and project management skills.
- Catch up with the latest trends and best practices of communication and online trend.
- Be proactive and open to newness; having growth mindset with strategic and logical thinking.
- Be a good team player with outstanding interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and professionalism.
- Be familiarized with digital communication platforms and social media management.
- Be detail-oriented and able to maintain consistent brand messaging.
