- Support the development and execution of firm-wide strategic initiatives, including company strategies, new business opportunities, and operational improvement
- Develop key performance indicators and perform regular tracking report for Management
- Conduct competitive intelligence, market analysis, and internal performance assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business opportunities and risks.
- Develop high-quality presentations and materials for executive leadership and board-level discussions.
- Track industry trends and macroeconomic developments relevant to asset management
- Drive special projects and ad-hoc analyses as requested by senior leadership.

Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, asset management, investment banking, or internal strategy at a financial services firm.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with large data sets and financial models.
- Strong understanding of asset management and capital markets.
- Proven ability to distill complex information into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
