• Support the development and execution of firm-wide strategic initiatives, including company strategies, new business opportunities, and operational improvement
• Develop key performance indicators and perform regular tracking report for Management
• Conduct competitive intelligence, market analysis, and internal performance assessments to inform strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess business opportunities and risks.
• Develop high-quality presentations and materials for executive leadership and board-level discussions.
• Track industry trends and macroeconomic developments relevant to asset management
• Drive special projects and ad-hoc analyses as requested by senior leadership.

Job Qualification

Job Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field; MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in corporate strategy, management consulting, asset management, investment banking, or internal strategy at a financial services firm.            
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comfort working with large data sets and financial models.
• Strong understanding of asset management and capital markets.
• Proven ability to distill complex information into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
