Title:  Head of Supply Chain Finance Product (AEC)

Job Description

• Be a Product Manager of Supply Chain Finance.
• Responsible for developing new products and solutions to support customers in AEC market.
• Design and implement operational process for both internal and all counterparties along value chain.
• Understand markets including customer needs, current market practice and trend and competitors’ insight to develop and implement Transactional Banking Product business strategic plan in AEC.
• Setup target/deliverables, execution plan and measurement as well as monitoring to ensure that the target can be achieved.
• Work closely with RM to undertake customer understanding and business practice of local clients from AEC countries to address customer pain point and obstacles as part of product design and development.
• Launch new product and communicate to all related parties, setup training session to equip product knowledge to sales and operation teams.
• Perform portfolio management and performance monitoring with preventive solution to improve overall portfolio quality.
• Documented and published product manual/operational process and all related documentations for new product launch or any adjustments.
• Facilitate sales team on pitching and onboarding process to ensure overall target achievement and efficiency of the sales operations.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor/Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and related fields
• Strong Supply Chain Finance product development skills and well understanding of banking products
• Has working experience in Banking Industry
• Self-motivated and willingness to work across different cultures
• Excellent project management and communication skill
• Excellent communication in English, for both written and verbal

Working Location: Kasikornbank - Pahon Yothin Head Office (BTS Ari), and occasionally travel to AEC country.
