Role Summary

Lead KAsset’s sustainable investment strategy by integrating ESG across all asset classes, strengthening stewardship and active ownership, and driving development of innovative ESG investment solutions in alignment with global standards. Reporting to CIO - Sustainable Investment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead ESG integration in investment research and portfolio management
• Oversee and drive overall stewardship and active stewardship activities 
• Explore and develop sustainable and thematic investment products
• Ensure compliance with both global and local ESG frameworks &  regulations
• Represent KAsset in sustainability initiatives with both internal and external stakeholders

Job Qualification

Job Qualification

• 10+ years in asset management, investment, or sustainability roles
• Strong expertise in sustainability and capital markets
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management skills
• CFA or equivalent qualification preferred
