Act as the central point for receiving requests, providing services, offering advice, and consulting corporate clients in a professional manner.
Support sales management and corporate client relationship building by coordinating with internal support functions of the bank related to credit approval processes (both pre- and post-approval). This includes liaising with the credit operations team for client document handling or coordinating with branches to deliver services to clients.
Execute approvals for client requests within the scope of delegated authority.
Understand clients thoroughly in order to proactively provide excellent service, prepare to respond effectively to client needs, and identify opportunities to offer enhanced services or introduce new products (initial cross-selling).
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors that may not be specified above.
Job Qualification
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or other related fields.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in banking or relevant international business.
Service-minded with strong interpersonal and coordination skills.
Ability to handle problems and provide solutions promptly.
Prior experience in client relationship management (Relationship Manager) or corporate banking support will be considered an advantage.
