Title:  Senior Business Strategist

Job Description

• Collect and analyze data, prepare summary reports with strategic recommendations to support executive decision-making.
• Monitor performance and key metrics (KPIs) and propose corrective actions when results deviate from targets.
• Coordinate with Private Bankers to understand client needs, provide tools for client data access, and gather issues for process improvement.
• Track and analyze Private Banker work patterns to support Private Banking strategic planning.
• Collaborate with product teams and related departments to analyze data and ensure alignment with organizational strategies.
• Support strategic meetings by preparing data, conducting analysis, and summarizing key discussion points.

Job Qualification

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum 5–8 years in business strategy, analytics, or project management within banking or financial services.
• Core Skills: Advanced analytical and strategic thinking, strong stakeholder management, deep understanding of Private Banking and investment products, excellent communication and collaboration skills, ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Additional Competencies: Expertise in data analysis tools, proven ability to drive strategic initiatives and mentor team members.
