Job Description

Marketing Strategy & Communication Planning:

  - Develop integrated marketing strategies aligned with business objectives

  - Develop creative brief for communication material

  - Design and implement customer engagement programs for different segments

  - Ensure brand consistency across all communications

Campaign Execution & Performance:

  - Define campaign requirements and work with relevant teams on content creation

  - Manage end-to-end campaign execution across multiple channels

  - Set and monitor campaign KPIs

  - Analyze campaign effectiveness through data analytics

  - Provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization

  - Produce performance reports and insights

Customer & Market Intelligence:

  - Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and competitive landscape

  - Turn customer insights into effective marketing strategies

  - Monitor customer journey analytics to identify opportunities

  - Apply research findings to enhance marketing effectiveness

  - Track industry trends to ensure marketing relevance

Channel & Content Management:

  - Manage integrated communications across all channels

  - Develop channel-specific content strategies

  - Monitor and optimize channel performance

  - Create engaging content that drives customer interaction

  - Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging

Job Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

2. Minimum 3 years experience in marketing communications roles

3. Marketing & Analytics Capabilities:

   - Strong foundation in marketing analytics and metrics

   - Experience in campaign management and optimization

   - Ability to analyze marketing data and customer insights

   - Skilled in developing marketing KPIs and performance tracking

4. Technical & Creative Skills:

   - Microsoft Office proficiency

   - Creative and content development abilities

   - Knowledge of design and visual communication principles

5. Professional Skills:

   - Excellent communication skills in Thai and English

   - Strong project management abilities

   - Creative problem-solving skills

   - Experience in cross-functional collaboration
