ตำแหน่ง:  Senior User Experience Design and Insights Specialist

Job Description

  • Act as a bridge between the customer channels (K Biz, K Web, LINE KBankLive, KPlus and other digital services) and business teams.
  • Develops a good understanding of the business's model, objectives, issues, problem statement and challenges by interacting and collaborating with stakeholders.
  • Translate business problems into analytical questions that data engineer can query for answer.
  • Analyze complex digital customer journeys across multiple platforms and touchpoints.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and modelers to integrate data from various sources, from media engagement to final conversion
  • Leverage analytics to optimize digital sales, streamline processes, reduce costs, and enhance productivity.
  • Create compelling data visualizations and narratives through data storytelling.
  • Maintain and enhance data dashboards in collaboration with engineers, channel managers, and product teams.
  • Present complex findings as clear, strategic insights for executives and key stakeholders, with compelling data visualizations and narratives through data storytelling.
  • Maintain and enhance data dashboards in collaboration with engineers, channel managers, business product teams, and marketing to measure digital initiatives and campaign success. 

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Data Science/Data Analyst, Statistics, Business Analytic, or any related field.
  • Minimum 7-10 years of experience in data analysis, customer intelligence, digital marketing or any related domains.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to translate complex datasets into actionable business strategies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to simplify complex ideas for both technical teams and senior executives.
  • Solid business acumen with a strong understanding of the banking industry, financial products, and digital ecosystems.
  • Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn and share knowledge.
  • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt quickly to new tools and technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics.
  • Proficiency in using data and visualization tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, Tableau, Qliksense ,Tableau, Power BI.
