Job Description

• Analyze laws and regulations in AEC countries, in connection with banking and finance business and coordinate with local external counsel in AEC countries in order to manage legal risk in conducting banking business.

• Provide legal advice / implication, including structuring product.

• Review /prepare documentation in connection with banking products.

• Work closely with business, product and operation team in structuring/developing business, process and activities for providing service and products in AEC and to conform

to relevant laws and regulations.

• Introduce governance framework and guidance to monitor/streamline working process.

Job Qualification

• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Law

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience at financial institution as in-house lawyer

• Fluency in English

• Ability to manage large amounts of paperwork, multitask and work in dynamic and fast paced environment

• Experience in syndicated loan agreement is preferred
