Title: Process Improvement Specialist
Job Description
Working Location: Kasikornbank - RatBurana/ Chaeng Watthana Office
- To analyze and determine guidelines for designing the work processes and services to be up-to-date and competitive, as well as to supervise the Process Improvement in accordance with the standards.
- To analyze, design, and manage the work processes of both front and back offices to increase operational efficiency, as well as to increase satisfaction and customer experience.
- To proceed with the development and improvement processes, as well as to establish a standard working time (SLA).
- To act as a consultant in analysis, development, and improvement responsible for customer service and internal processes.
- To manage projects related to process improvement with more efficiency, punctuality and at reasonable costs.
- To coordinate between the internal and external audit department.
Job Qualification
- Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Finance, Economics, MBA, Other Engineering, or related fields.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Finance, Economics, BBA, Other Engineering, or related fields.
- Experienced in Banking, Financial, Telecommunication or Information Technology industry is an advantage.
- Experienced in all these fields below is an advantage - Process Improvement / Process Engineer / Process Design / Project Management especially in Banking, Financial, Telecommunication or Information Technology Industry.
- Good knowledge in financial or banking process.
- Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- An ability to practice advanced analytical programs is required.
- A good team player.
