Title: Head of Digital Marketing Strategy
Job Description
- Review and sign off the deliverables which are under their responsibilities for website, web/mobile application
- Work with analyst team to provide the business requirements and current issues on the operating capabilities
- Understand the business context and able to provide the business requirement of website, web application and mobile application from end user’s perspective; Business team involves in the project as project team members throughout project phase
- Maintains internet and intranet portals, forms, and structures in accordance with the organization’s needs; collaborates closely work with Developer, Marketing Communications department
- Collects and analyzes web analytics and similar data; identifies opportunities to improve search engine optimization (SEO), time on site, web traffic, and other relevant metrics
- Maintains current knowledge of best practices and emerging developments in web/mobile design, web/mobile development, and technology
Job Qualification
- Bachelor or master's degree in Computer Science or related field required; coursework in digital media, web design or digital marketing
- Experiences in Banking/ Financial Industry, website or web/mobile application.
- Extensive knowledge of website management, analytics, design, web/mobile application and SEO best practices and standard
- Working knowledge of or ability to quickly learn web content management systems, web/mobile applications, and tools used by the organization
- Proficient with HTML/CSS; working knowledge of JavaScript and other programming languages
- Proficient with Microsoft Share Point, CMS Software or related software.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
