How You’ll Make an Impact
- Work in a cross-functional team to define problems, quantify metrics, explore data, build analytical models, conduct experimentation, and make recommendations
- Build and maintain optimization models, visualizations, experiments, forecasting algorithms, and machine learning models
- Leverage various tools in data processing and modeling to drive efficient advanced analytics
- Work with business partners to understand processes and leverage data to gain actionable insights
- Use predictive modeling to enhance and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and business operation
- Communicate findings and recommendations to all stakeholders as well as drive decision making
- Explore state-of-the-art data science and machine learning research
- Be part of an active group of data science and machine learning practitioners that shape the direction of machine learning and artificial intelligence of the organization
What Will Set You Up for Success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
- At least 5 - 10 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
- Deep understanding of predictive modeling, machine-learning, clustering and classification techniques, and algorithms.
- Python for deep learning (Tensorflow, Pytorch, Keras)
- Deep learning Concepts : optimization techniques , loss functions , regularization , data augmentations
- Python for machine learning (Scikitlearn, Pandas, numby, matplotlib)
- Machine learning Concepts : decision trees, ensemble methods, clustering , overfitting , underfitting, hyperparameter tuning
- Experiences/working with Hugging face library
- Prompt engineering : LLM and text to image models
- LangChain for building AI Agents
