Job Description
Lead the project from model development to testing, validation, and deployment, make use of various data processing tools and predictive modeling to optimize customer experiences and revenue generation as well as communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders, participate in data science and machine learning research, and supervise junior staffs.
Job Qualification
- Work in a cross-functional team to define problems, quantify metrics, explore data, build analytical models, conduct experimentation, and make recommendations
- Take a leading role in the project and implement end-to-end process from model development to testing, validation, deployment and lifecycle support
- Build and maintain optimization models, visualizations, experiments, forecasting algorithms, and machine learning models to support business decisions
- Leverage various tools in data processing and modeling to drive efficient advanced analytics
- Work with business partners including KBTG Vietnam to understand processes and leverage data to gain actionable insights
- Use predictive modeling to enhance and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, and business operation
- Communicate findings and recommendations to all stakeholders as well as drive decision making
- Explore state-of-the-art data science and machine learning research
- Be part of an active group of data science and machine learning practitioners that shape the direction of machine learning and artificial intelligence of the organization
- Research and study new tools and new frameworks to enhance data science capabilities and drive data mindset and strategy
- Supervise junior staffs in daily operation
