Title: Business Development and Marketing Team Lead (KEnergy+)
Job Description
- Establish business strategic priorities, translating them into a comprehensive strategic plan and execution.
- Identify business opportunities, market trend, competitor analysis, recommendation and strategic planning for a company’s growth
- Design and develop strategic sales, client solutions go-to-market plans alongside with team
- Conduct feasibility study and evaluating investment opportunities of potential project(s) including risk analysis and financial analysis
- Responsible for sustainable business growth by increasing sales and revenue generation, tracking and managing the revenue pipeline and deliver regular forecasts
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders. Act as the primary point of contact for ongoing business interactions and address any issues or concerns.
- New Product Initiatives: Collaborate with product , operation, legal, compliance, and financial team to identify market needs and contribute to the development of new automotive technology business
- Manage all sales operational processes and activities consistently across the company, optimizing resources for maximum effectiveness
- Develop and implement marketing strategies for new and existing customers and monitor budget and performance
- Develop and maintain client communications both content, look and feel for all communication channels.
- Definition, monitoring of the company relevant KPIs and control of the measures to achieve the objectives set.
Job Qualification
- 8 years in automotive Technology, logistic, marketplace application platform industry experience, strongly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Business administration or a related field.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with the ability to establish and maintain strategic partnerships.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to interact across the organization.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of initiative and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to contribute effectively within a fast-paced environment.
- Creative and critical thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with compliance and regulatory considerations in the banking industry is a plus
- Good mindset, collaboration, and resilience
