Title:  Business Process Management Specialist (Credit Product)

Job Description

  • Analyze the current state of the credit product processes and identify gaps, risks, and inefficiencies
  • Develop and document the future state of the credit product processes, using best practices and industry standards.
  • Implement and test the new or improved credit product processes, ensuring alignment with the business objectives and customer expectations
  • Provide training and support to the credit product teams and other stakeholders on the use and maintenance of the credit product processes.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of the credit product processes, using key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Study and understand various factors, including business use-cases, customer behaviors, and others that affect credit quality and credit cost, including the ability to assess (projection model) the credit quality that will be from those factors, in order to be able to determine and change the credit product business process appropriately.
  • Conduct regular reviews and audits of the credit product processes and recommend changes or enhancements as needed.
  • Report causes and suggest changes to business process when different situations differ from expectations.
  • Research and benchmark the latest trends and innovations in the credit product domain and propose solutions to improve the credit product processes.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, engineering, or related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in business process management, preferably in the credit product and banking product domain.
  • Strong knowledge of business process modeling, analysis, design, and improvement methodologies and tools.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft office and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and creative mindset.
  • Familiarity with the credit product portfolio, customer segments, and regulatory environment.
