Title:  Loyalty Portfolio Management Specialist

Job Description

  • Monitor and analyze spending to ensure alignment with allocated budgets
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities to improve productivity
  • Develop a deep understanding of KBank's products, particularly those related to loyalty and engagement
  • Design and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
  • Analyze campaign data to determine ROI and provide recommendations
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or a related role
  • Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making in a large organization
  • Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), familiar with Python is a big plus
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Fluency in Thai and English
