Title: Loyalty Portfolio Management Specialist
Job Description
- Monitor and analyze spending to ensure alignment with allocated budgets
- Identify cost-saving opportunities to improve productivity
- Develop a deep understanding of KBank's products, particularly those related to loyalty and engagement
- Design and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns
- Analyze campaign data to determine ROI and provide recommendations
- Develop and maintain comprehensive dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior management and cross-functional teams
Job Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in business intelligence, financial analysis, or a related role
- Proven track record of driving data-driven decision-making in a large organization
- Experience in the banking or financial services industry is highly desirable
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), familiar with Python is a big plus
- Strong business acumen and understanding of financial concepts
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluency in Thai and English
