Title: Senior Digital HR Specialist
Job Description
- Conduct HR process flow and requirements gathering to support system implementations and integrations.
- Administer and maintain the HR software, including system configurations, data entry, and user access management.
- Continuously identify opportunities to enhance system functionality, streamline processes, and improve user experience.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for HR system-related inquiries and issues, providing timely resolution, troubleshooting assistance, and user training as needed.
- Generate standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and analytics to support HR decision-making, compliance requirements, and business insights as per requested. Analyze employee data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to analyze current HR processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions to optimize workflows and increase operational efficiency.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of system processes, procedures, and configurations, including user manuals, training materials, and system updates.
- Coordinate with vendors for system updates, patches, and upgrades, as well as evaluating and recommending new software solutions as needed.
- Conduct training sessions for HR staff on HR system functionality, best practices, and data management procedures.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure users are proficient in utilizing HRIS tools and resources effectively.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
- Proven experience (> 5 years) in HRIS administration, configuration, and support.
- In-depth knowledge of HR software - SAP SuccessFactors knowledge is mandate.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business requirements, identify good practice, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders and collaborate across departments.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on process and system design to align with current practice and improvement.
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot functional issues and implement effective solutions.
- Understanding of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
