Title: Senior Organization Change Management Specialist (PS3A)
Job Description
Employee Experience & Engagement Strategy:
- Develop, refine, and implement employee experience and engagement strategies.
- Monitor the execution of these strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Change Management:
- Design and implement change management processes to drive organizational transformation, with a focus on areas such as HR Digitization.
- Champion and facilitate the adoption of new initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.
Strategic Initiatives Management:
- Lead the design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Act as a project manager for HR initiatives, overseeing all aspects of project delivery.
- Ensure projects are aligned with business strategy, and milestones are achieved in accordance with set timelines.
- Proactively identify and address potential project risks to ensure successful outcomes.
Job Qualification
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related fields.
- 5-8 years of working experiences in Human Resource function.
- Good command of English and Computer literacy.
- Good analytical thinking, communication and presentation skill.
- Highly motivated, proactive, and always want to develop themselves.
- Mature and good team player with strong management and leadership skills.
- Good personality and positive attitude.
