Title:  Senior Organization Change Management Specialist (PS3A)

Job Description

 

Employee Experience & Engagement Strategy:

  • Develop, refine, and implement employee experience and engagement strategies.
  • Monitor the execution of these strategies to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Change Management:

  • Design and implement change management processes to drive organizational transformation, with a focus on areas such as HR Digitization.
  • Champion and facilitate the adoption of new initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into existing workflows.

Strategic Initiatives Management:

  • Lead the design and implementation of strategic HR initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Act as a project manager for HR initiatives, overseeing all aspects of project delivery.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with business strategy, and milestones are achieved in accordance with set timelines.
  • Proactively identify and address potential project risks to ensure successful outcomes.

 

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management or related fields.
  • 5-8 years of working experiences in Human Resource function.
  • Good command of English and Computer literacy.
  • Good analytical thinking, communication and presentation skill.
  • Highly motivated, proactive, and always want to develop themselves.
  • Mature and good team player with strong management and leadership skills.
  • Good personality and positive attitude.
