Title: Senior Personal Loan Product Manager
Job Description
Product Strategy & Development
- Define and execute the personal loan product roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Early warning sign and monitor port asset quality such as FPD, DPD, NPL and improve portfolio quality.
Portfolio Management
- Monitor and manage portfolio performance including growth, yield, NPL and improve port asset quality.
- Develop strategies for PIL (DPD) management with collection team.
- Collaborate with risk, finance, and operations to ensure portfolio health and sustainability.
Process & Experience Improvement
- Work with collection team to design end-to-end processes to serve financial relief program easily.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with credit risk, collection, operations, legal, compliance and IT.
- Present product performance and strategic initiatives to senior management and executive committees.
Job Qualification

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, finance, economics, MIS or related field.

Strong analytical, strategic thinking skills.

Experience in portfolio management and product development.

Familiarity with excel data analysis and data-driven decision-making.
