How You’ll Make an Impact

Maintain employee skills data, validate datasets, analysis to identify insights and reports.

Translate business requirement into technical specifications for HR technology team.

Monitor, validate, and update data regularly to ensure accuracy and timeliness.

Coordinate with the internal data team regarding data discrepancies or technical issues.

Support on the upcoming enhancements on HR system and opportunities to improve the

What Will Set You Up for Success

3 - 5 years in data management and analysis experience.

2 years in HR related field. Familiar with HRIS platforms (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors)

Familiar with project management cycle such as running UAT, system rolls out, and user training.

Proficient in Excel and data management.
