Job Description
Ensure the smooth operation of software applications by serving as first-tier support for complex software application issues and collaborate closely with application development team to identify root causes, resolve issues and manage application performance along with supervise junior staffs.
Job Qualification
- To be on the first line to provide end-to-end technical support by diagnosing, resolving complex software application issues, and providing appropriate recommendations
- Identify root causes of software application errors and supervise juniors on complex incidents
- Work with application team to investigate and resolve software defects/bugs
- Manage all assigned incidents and application performance
- Coordinate with Infrastructure and Security teams to test UAT / Production applications
- Suggest and encourage the automation of manual processes to drive work efficiency
- Support for additional relevant applications for BAU parameter, testing, and setup
