How You’ll Make an Impact

• Build strong relationships with teams, business users and technical teams
• Prepare designs and confirm functional specifications
• Act as a business analyst coordinating with business users to analyze requirements
• Manage business conceptualization and rationalization
• Develop detailed plans for requirement analysis and design
• Analyze business processes and confirm end-to-end requirements
• Develop new processes and support migration data processes
• Perform impact analysis and develop implementation plans
• Conduct functional testing and manage requirements throughout the lifecycle
• Develop deployment plans including training
• Supervise team performance and conduct performance reviews
