How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Supervise team in establishing and maintaining IT governance policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with business objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Monitor daily/weekly operations and confirm any change or update of policy content in related parties
• Develop workplan to identify and assess IT-related risks and develop key activities for risk mitigation effectively
• Recommend and maintain IT security awareness program though email, intranet, e-learning, and/or other channels including phishing drills to create employee's security awareness and cyber hygiene culture
• Supervise and evaluate readiness, and communicate various regulations related to IT operations to ensure that operations comply with regulations
• and related regulations as well as industry standards
• Supervise and provide guidance related to working processes within KBTG to prevent any risks and non-compliance issues
• Provide consultation on detail, requirements, and recommendation on implementation roadmap
• Facilitate IT-related change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions and minimizing disruptions
• Collaborate with senior management to align IT strategies and governance with the organization's overall business strategy and objectives

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• 5–7 years’ experience in IT governance, risk, compliance, or audit, with leadership exposure

• Knowledge of IT governance frameworks (COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, NIST) and regulatory standards (e.g., PDPA, GDPR, PCI-DSS)

• Experience in policy development, risk assessment, and IT security awareness programs

• Strong planning, change management, and stakeholder communication skills

• Relevant certifications (CISA, CISM, CRISC, CISSP) preferred
