Job Description
Collaborate with business units to understand their goals, define data requirements and develop plans using data analytics solutions including provide analytics insights for better decision-making and efficient task performance, construct forecasts, dashboards, and reports based on business and market data, regularly presenting findings to stakeholders and provide guidance and support to junior staffs.
Job Qualification
- Partner closely with business units to understand their goals, define data requirements and develop plans to achieve those goals using data analytics solutions
- Deliver analytics insights and recommendations to business teams to make better decisions and perform tasks more efficiently
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for technical team of data scientists and machine learning engineers
- Align timeline or release schedules with business teams and technical teams
- Develop relationships with data users within the business to provide continual service
- Construct forecasts, dashboards and reports based on business and market data
- Provide guidance and support to businesses in determining and recommending actionable insights
- Analyze information using data analysis techniques and develop models for analysis where relevant
- Prepare reporting of key performance indicators (KPI) and/or dashboards to support business works in routine and by request
- Present analysis and data findings to seniors and stakeholders on a regular basis
- Stay up-to-date with data analysis tools and techniques
- Supervise junior staffs in daily operation
