How You’ll Make an Impact:
• Identifying data-related business requirements and service standards (e.g., transaction processing speed, data mining and reporting capabilities, data security, scalability, etc.)
• Developing a high level enterprise data model and conceptual views of related data sub-architectures (e.g., database, data integration, data warehouse/business intelligence, reporting, metadata, and content management architectures)
• Optimizing overall data/information flow by reducing redundancy and enabling accessibility within security boundaries A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include:
• Managing projects / processes, working independently with limited supervision.
• Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
• Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.
What Will Set You Up for Success:

Advanced education and/or extensive experience in data integration, data engineering, and enterprise data architecture.

Proven ability to gather data-related business requirements and define service standards (performance, reporting/analytics, security, scalability).

Experience developing high-level enterprise data models and conceptual views across databases, integration, data warehouse/BI, reporting, and metadata.

Demonstrated success optimizing data flows by reducing redundancy and improving secure accessibility within governance and security boundaries.

Senior Professional (P3) capability to lead complex projects independently with limited supervision, while coaching and reviewing lower-level professionals.
