How You’ll Make an Impact: (Responsibility)
Resolve operational issues in HR system, supervise junior staffs in daily operations, conduct data analysis and develop predictive models for HR functions and leverage AI technologies to improve HR processes and decision-making.
• Investigate and resolve operational issues by applying knowledge of the HRIS, security, business processes, and procedures for HR or other functional teams.
• Use tools or other technologies like Digital Process Automation to automate and optimize the procedures involved in human resources.
• Manage permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HR services users.
• Maintain the optimal function of KBTG's internal HR information services systems including database management, installation, customization, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules.
• Facilitate migration to a unified HR technology and system if required.
• Research and recommend HR system efficiencies and process improvements to the existing HR system, technology, services, and application to provide a positive customer experience.
• Conduct data analysis and develop predictive models to support HR functions, such as workforce planning, talent acquisition, performance management, and employee engagement.
• Maintain knowledge of trends and developments in HR data management and security, HR technology, and HRIS applications.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI technologies to improve HR processes and decision-making.
• Supervise junior HR technology analysts in daily operations

- Understanding of business process management, project management, and technical change management.
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and optimize HR tech systems.
- Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team.
- Ability to analyze HR data and provide insights to improve HR processes.
- Ability to utilize HR technology as an integral business solution.
- Ability to interpret and analyze informational needs and provide technical guidance.
- Familiarity with AI technologies and their potential applications in HR
- ERP System SAP SuccessFactors for Employee Central module is advantages
- Power Platform: Power BI and Power Automate is advantages
