At Kasikorn X, we are looking for an experienced IT Project Lead to support external project bidding activities and ensure our team has the capability to prepare and deliver high-quality project proposals.
As an Advanced IT Project Lead, you will play a key role in leading project planning, coordinating cross-functional teams, defining project scope, and ensuring proposal deliverables align with business and client requirements. You will work closely with Business, Product, Technology, Architecture, and other stakeholders to develop comprehensive and feasible project solutions.
This role provides an opportunity to work on strategic technology projects and contribute to successful project acquisition and delivery planning within a fast-paced digital environment.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Lead and coordinate external project bidding and proposal activities from requirement gathering through proposal submission.
- Analyze client requirements and translate them into clear project scope, deliverables, timelines, and implementation approaches.
- Develop project plans, milestones, resource requirements, dependencies, and delivery strategies.
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams throughout the project planning and proposal development lifecycle.
- Manage stakeholders effectively, including business users, technology teams, vendors, and external clients.
- Apply strong project governance and SDLC practices to ensure project delivery feasibility and quality.
- Provide project estimation, planning, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies for proposed solutions.
- Identify project risks, issues, dependencies, and constraints, and develop appropriate mitigation plans.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, RAID logs, governance documents, and proposal-related materials.
- Ensure project proposals are aligned with business objectives, technical requirements, and delivery capabilities.
- Support project transition from bidding/proposal stage into project implementation when required.
- Drive effective communication and collaboration across stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Continuously improve project management practices, methodologies, and delivery standards.
What You'll Set You Up for Success
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, particularly in system development and/or system implementation projects.
- Proven experience in delivering at least 2 completed system implementation projects.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or PRINCE2 certification is required.
- Strong experience in end-to-end project delivery, from project initiation and planning through implementation and closure.
- Strong knowledge and practical experience in project governance, SDLC, project planning, risk management, and stakeholder management.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders across business and technology functions.
- Strong ability to analyze requirements and translate business needs into actionable project plans and deliverables.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Experience in system development, digital technology, banking, financial services, or enterprise applications is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- Thai nationality is required.
