Why You'll Love Being Part of Our Team
At KBTG, you will join our Enterprise Architecture (EA) team to develop, enhance, and maintain internal applications that support enterprise architecture management and technology operations.
You will primarily focus on software development and application enhancement for our Enterprise Architecture platforms, including ServiceNow App Port and App 360 on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will also have opportunities to leverage Generative AI and modern development tools to improve coding efficiency, software quality, and operational effectiveness.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Develop, enhance, test, deploy, and maintain internal applications, particularly App 360, using Next.js, React, JavaScript, Python, and PostgreSQL.
- Provide technical and functional support for ServiceNow App Port and App 360.
- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and coordinate with technical teams to drive resolution.
- Manage and follow up on Service Requests (SRs) with Infrastructure, Security, and related teams.
- Leverage Generative AI / LLMs and Prompt Engineering for coding, debugging, code review, and testing.
- Support applications on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and explore new cloud technologies.
- Collaborate with technical teams and vendors on Technology POCs.
- Track tasks, POCs, and deliverables while proactively escalating issues and blockers.
- Ensure solutions comply with security, architecture, and organizational standards.
- Continuously improving platform stability, development practices, and operational efficiency.
What You'll Set You Up for Success
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Experience in Application Support, Software Development, or related technical roles.
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript and Python.
- Experience with Generative AI / LLM tools for software development is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of RDBMS and SQL.
- Interest or experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Understanding of DevSecOps, CI/CD, and automated deployment.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and cross-functional coordination skills.
- Proactive mindset with strong learning agility.
- Experience with ServiceNow, enterprise applications, or Technology POCs is an advantage.
