As an Advanced Software Developer, you will play an important role in developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise applications while ensuring system reliability and operational excellence.

You'll work closely with business users, Product Owners, Developers, and DevOps teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work across both application support and software development, using modern technologies such as Java, React, and Spring Boot while supporting existing enterprise applications.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance for enterprise applications to ensure system availability and reliability.
• Develop, enhance, and maintain applications using Java, React, and Spring Boot.
• Maintain and enhance reporting solutions using Jasper Reports.
• Support and develop applications using VB.NET and VB6 where required.
• Analyze application issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Develop and maintain DevOps CI/CD pipelines to support automated build, testing, and deployment processes.
• Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate technical solutions.
• Participate in software development, testing, deployment, and production support activities throughout the application lifecycle.
• Improve application performance, maintainability, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, troubleshooting guides, and development standards.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and explore modern technologies to enhance software quality and engineering productivity.
• Support applications related to Investment business processes, where applicable.

What You'll Set You Up for Success

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• At least 2 years of experience in Application Support or related roles.
• Hands-on experience in software development using Java, React, and Spring Boot.
• Experience with Jasper Reports is required or highly desirable.
• Experience with VB.NET and/or VB6 is required.
• Ability to develop and maintain DevOps CI/CD Pipelines.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot application issues effectively.
• Good understanding of software development and application support processes.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience working in Investment, Financial Services, Banking, or related business domains is a strong advantage.
• Familiarity with enterprise application development, deployment, and production support is a plus.
• Knowledge of modern software development practices and DevOps principles is an advantage.
