As an Advanced Software Developer, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of enterprise applications and data solutions supporting business operations and banking services. You will work closely with Business Analysts, System Analysts, Data Engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Develop and maintain software applications, data processing programs, and system integrations based on business and technical requirements.
• Design, develop, and optimize SQL scripts, ETL processes, and database components to support operational and analytical needs.
• Build and enhance data pipelines, automation processes, and backend services using Python.
• Perform unit testing and support SIT, UAT, and production deployment activities.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and System Analysts to understand requirements and deliver effective technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application, data, and system-related issues to ensure service stability and performance.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting solutions using Power BI and Qlik.
• Support production incidents, system enhancements, and release activities.
• Maintain technical documentation and development standards.
• Work closely with project teams and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 2 years+ of experience in Software Development, Application Development, Data Engineering, BI Development, or related areas.
• Strong experience in SQL and ETL development.
• Proficiency in Python programming.
• Experience with Power BI and/or Qlik.
• Good understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data integration concepts.
• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC), SIT, UAT, and deployment processes.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills in both technical and business environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Banking, Financial Services, or Core Banking systems is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with banking operations, transaction processing, or enterprise financial platforms.
• Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
