Title:  Advanced UXUI Designer - KX (ZX2UD)

Job Description

- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Units, and Developers to craft consistent user experiences and sensible user interfaces that accommodate, user needs and business objectives and brand identity.
- Articulate design principles specific to product/service, and apply them throughout the design process.
- Translate user needs (maybe from user research) into functional and emotional user experiences.
- Develop and improve upon iterations of interaction flows, wireframes, user interface designs, low & high fidelity prototypes, and design systems.
- Participate in usability testing sessions to gain better understanding of user responses and perceptions towards new proposed designs.
- Collaborate closely with developers to ensure quality and design product/service.
- Create comprehensive UX/UI design systems for both designers and cross-functional team members to use together, as a tool to improve communications and product development.
- Lead discussions around design and its users, and provide feedbacks to designers, business units, and developers.
