How You’ll Make an Impact:

Project Scope
Apply Large Language Models (LLMs) to generate and refine complaint letters for multiple loan products, including both secured and unsecured loans. Focus on automating formal letter writing aligned with business rules and different customer scenarios.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

  • 3rd–4th year undergraduate student in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, or related fields

  • Internship Duration: 1 year

  • Strong foundation in Software Engineering

  • Proficient in Python programming

  • Experience working with LLMs (e.g., Gemini)

  • Basic knowledge of NLP, Machine Learning, and prompt engineering

  • Strong analytical thinking and communication skills

  • Experience with LLM projects or prototypes is a plus
