How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Operate and work on data domain and follow the protocols, work instruction to meet the standard
  • Analyzes complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
  • Identifies gaps and provides technical expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes and procedures in a cost effective manner
  • Configures system settings and options; plans and executes unit, integration and acceptance testing to meet business requirements
  • Designs details of automated systems
  • May provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems

What Will Set You Up for Success:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst (BA) or System Analyst (SA) in data-related projects

  • Strong understanding or hands-on experience in Banking / Financial Services

  • Knowledge of data lifecycle, data lineage, and data governance

  • Familiarity with data lake and data warehouse concepts

  • SQL skills for data querying and validation

  • Strong communication skills for requirement gathering and cross-functional coordination

  • (Optional) Project management experience

  • Ability to gather requirements and develop Business Requirement Specifications (BRS)

  • Experience performing Impact Analysis (IMA) and providing effort estimations

  • Ability to create Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), including logical data mapping

  • Skilled in communicating changes and impacts to stakeholders

  • Experience supporting UAT and providing clarification to users and developers

  • Ability to collaborate with Data Engineers and QA teams to ensure solution alignment
