How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Operate and execute data engineer team's strategy to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility for analytical purposes within company
• Implement and test data models that are optimized for scalability, performance, and flexibility considering business requirements and data analysis needs
• Manage data and meta-data that stores in a data platform either in a structure or unstructured way
• Builds processes based on business and technical requirements to channel data from multiple inputs, route appropriately and store using any combination of distributed (cloud) structures, local databases, and other applicable storage forms as required

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.

• Strong experience with ETL processes, data pipelines, and workflow orchestration tools (Airflow, Luigi, etc.).

• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop, Kafka) with knowledge of both structured and unstructured data.

• Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (AWS Redshift, Azure Synapse, GCP BigQuery, Snowflake) and data modeling for scalability and performance.

• Ability to design and implement efficient data flows and architectures aligned with business and analytical needs.
