At KBTG, we operate enterprise-level data platforms supporting critical banking operations, regulatory reporting, and business analytics. As a Data Operation, you will help ensure the stability, accuracy, security, and timely delivery of critical data processes.

You will monitor and operate Data Pipelines, Batch Jobs, ETL/ELT processes, and data workflows, while providing first-tier support for data-related incidents and coordinating with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.

How You'll Make an Impact

• Monitor and operate Data Pipelines, Batch Jobs, Scheduled Jobs, and Data Workflows end-to-end.
• Track job status, alerts, and SLA/SLR requirements to ensure timely data delivery.
• Monitor and troubleshoot data processing issues using tools such as Control-M, Power BI, and Azure Databricks.
• Validate data completeness, accuracy, and timeliness across ETL/ELT and batch processes.
• Act as First Tier Support for data and batch processing incidents.
• Perform initial troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for job failures, data issues, and platform-related problems.
• Coordinate with Data Engineering, Development, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Business teams to resolve incidents.
• Prepare incident reports, RCA documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures.
• Drive automation and continuous improvement to improve operational efficiency and system reliability.
• Support 24x7 operations and on-call activities when required.

What You'll Set You Up for Success

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Data Science, Data Engineering, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Platform, IT Operations, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of Batch Processing, ETL/ELT, Data Pipelines, and Orchestration Tools.
• Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and operational analysis.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident management.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and RCA skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills across technical and business teams.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage incidents within defined service levels.
• Willingness to work in a 24x7 operational environment, including on-call support when required.
