You will collaborate closely with AI Engineers and Data Specialists while gaining hands-on experience in document intelligence, OCR, retrieval optimization, chatbot evaluation, and AI data infrastructure.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Convert diverse unstructured data formats such as DOC, PDF, PPT, JPG, and other document types into standardized Markdown for AI model consumption.
- Prepare and maintain structured datasets that serve as the technical foundation for high-accuracy retrieval in the Athena chatbot knowledge base.
- Create and validate ground-truth datasets using data annotation and labeling tools to support AI and machine learning model development.
- Support Athena Chatbot Improvement Phase 3 and multiple AI-driven business use cases, including: HR KBank, HR KBTG, PDPA, LSV
- Collaborate with AI Engineers to improve data quality, retrieval accuracy, and overall chatbot response performance.
- Develop and enhance a specialized document conversion module to automate document preprocessing and reduce manual data preparation.
- Support integration of the conversion module into the AI Data Pipeline to improve scalability and operational efficiency.
- Assist in preparing datasets for AI initiatives such as: OCR models, Facial Recognition, Document Intelligence, Knowledge Retrieval Systems
- Perform chatbot response evaluation, model testing, and quality assurance to assess answer relevance, accuracy, and completeness.
- Identify data quality issues, process bottlenecks, and opportunities for workflow optimization.
What Will Set You Up for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields
- 1–3 years of experience in Data Operations, Data Engineering, Data Annotation, AI/ML Support, or related roles
- Strong understanding of structured and unstructured data processing
- Experience handling document conversion and preprocessing workflows
- Familiarity with Markdown, JSON, CSV, Excel, or other structured data formats
- Knowledge of Python, SQL, scripting, or automation tools is highly preferred
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning, NLP, OCR, or RAG systems is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced collaborative environment
