Operate and manage the data quality assurance standards, processes, and practices which involves managing a team of data quality analysts, defining data quality metrics, and ensuring that data across the organization meets specified quality criteria.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Plans, designs, develops and performs quality assessments on data elements and structures to document and evaluate integrity, completeness, quality, and appropriateness of formats, records and structures
- Configures, operates and develops manual and/or automated methods, processes and procedures to test output or input based on data compliance, quality and use requirements as established by product management, client specifications, and governance programs
- Performs regular and ad hoc reviews, audits, and investigations of data activity and integrity; prepares reports and summaries of findings
- Produces and updates guidelines and documentation of test development processes, procedures and standards
What Will Set You Up for Success:

Degree in Data/Computer Science, IT, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent experience).

3–7+ years in data quality / data QA / data governance with hands-on quality assessments and audits on datasets and data structures.

Strong SQL and data analysis skills; experience building DQ rules, profiling, reconciliation, and validating formats/completeness/integrity (Python is a plus).

Experience designing and running manual + automated data testing (e.g., Great Expectations/dbt tests or similar), and working with governance/compliance requirements.

Strong documentation and reporting skills: able to produce test standards, procedures, and clear summaries of findings for stakeholders.
