Title:  Graphic / Artwork Designer Intern

How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Design and adapt visual assets for TA communication channels (social media, career pages, recruitment campaigns).
• Support artwork development for offline materials such as event backdrops, posters, booth displays, and printed collateral.
• Create illustrations, icons, infographics, and presentation templates aligned with KBTG employer branding guidelines.
• Assist with layout design, image editing, retouching, and preparing files for both digital and print use.
• Support simple video editing or short-form content creation for social platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, etc.).
• Help develop creative content ideas for employer branding stories, social posts, and event campaigns.
• Collaborate with the TA team to brainstorm, conceptualize, and execute creative ideas for hiring, campus events, and networking activities.Ensure consistency, accuracy, and high-quality execution across all design deliverables.

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• Bachelor’s student in Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Visual Communication, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Strong foundational design skills with an understanding of visual composition and branding.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
• Basic video editing or content creation skills (mobile or desktop tools).Strong creativity, a keen eye for storytelling, and the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual or video content.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with varied stakeholders.A portfolio of academic, personal, or freelance work is required.
