How You’ll Make an Impact

• Maintain and validate employee skills, HR, and compensation & benefits data.
• Analyze HR data and prepare reports/dashboards to provide business insights.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for the HR.
• Monitor data quality and coordinate with internal teams to resolve data issues.
• Support compensation & benefits processes, including salary review, benchmarking, and reporting.
• Support HR system enhancements, UAT, system rollout, and user training.
• Identify opportunities to improve HR processes and data manageme

What Will Set You Up for Sucess.

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in HR data management, analytics.
• At least 4 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or HR Operations.
• Experience with HRIS (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors), UAT, and system implementation.
• Proficient in Excel; Power BI is a plus.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in English; Thai language proficiency is advantageous
