Within the People & Organization team, you will help drive data-driven HR initiatives that enable better workforce planning, talent development, and internal mobility.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
- Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires and ensure all required processes and documentation are completed on time.
- Manage offboarding processes, including employee exit documentation and coordination with relevant departments
- Maintain and update employee records in HR systems accurately.
- Liaise with HR, IT, Admin, Payroll, and hiring teams to support employee lifecycle processes.
- Provide administrative and operational support for HR-related activities.
- Prepare reports and track onboarding and offboarding progress.
- Support employees by answering basic HR process-related inquiries.

What Will Set You Up for Success
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Previous experience in HR Support, HR Operations, or employee lifecycle administration is preferred.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information appropriately.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience using SAP is a plus.
