Job Description

Lead a team of IT operation professionals as well as IT operation engineers, oversee all IT-related operations and manage the day-to-day operations of the IT operation department, ensure the seamless functioning of our technology infrastructure, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation, efficiency, and security.

Job Qualification

• Initiate and lead improvement initiatives across batch and backup management, operation management, and IT resiliency
• Design and implement strategies to optimize batch processing, ensuring efficient job scheduling and minimized downtime
• Control operation management activities, including incident response, change management, and problem resolution
• Plan for future capacity needs and resource requirements based on business growth and technology trends
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and performance of all IT systems and applications, minimizing downtime and disruptions
• Develop and maintain robust backup and recovery strategies, including regular testing of backups to ensure data integrity
• Drive the implementation and maintenance of monitoring tools and systems to proactively identify and address IT issues
• Lead incident response efforts to resolve alerts and incidents promptly
• Continuously improve monitoring processes and tools to enhance system performance and reliability
• Lead efforts to improve IT resiliency, including disaster recovery planning, testing, and execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize IT needs, ensuring technology solutions align with business requirements
• Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and technology optimization, leveraging your initiative for new ideas
• Monitor and manage IT budgets, tracking expenses and making recommendations for resource allocation
