Title:  Head of Infrastructure Project Management (KPR2X)

Job Description

Manage, provide insight, and practice of infrastructure project management and ensure that all infrastructure projects are delivered on-time and aligned with budget planning, resources, and control, as well as provide service provision and deliver infrastructure project management reports and presentations.

Job Qualification

• Set up plan and manage an overall infrastructure project management direction, including protocols, work instruction, standard, and procedures to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of infrastructure project management
• Lead the monitoring of project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation for local and regional IT infrastructure projects
• Provide guidance and key steps in assigning responsibilities and team for managing highly complex various activities and follow up to align with the plan and ensuring effective collaboration among team members
• Provide guidance on project costs, budgets, and financial resources to ensure projects are delivered within budgetary constraints
• Lead and improve local and regional information technology architecture to be able to respond to business needs in accordance with Bank's information technology architecture structure
• Lead and drive team in providing service provision to create and set up IT infrastructure as well as resolving any issues or problems that may arise during the provisioning process
• Manage and control potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions and delays
• Lead and drive team in implementing quality control measures to ensure project deliverables meet established standards and specifications
• Lead and drive team in implementing and manage changes to project scope, schedule, or objectives, as needed, while minimizing impact on project success
• Control the quality of accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations
• Manage and control the quality of external vendors and contractors, ensuring they meet project requirements and deadlines
• Manage stakeholders from both internal and external parties to resolve infrastructure project management issues and to improve overall effectiveness and efficiency of the team
