Title:  Head of Internal Audit

Job Description

Lead and perform advance and specialized auditing work in multiple disciplines, manage complex audits; planning, assessing and reporting of the work of audit teams, and provide expertise in auditing standards to ensure the company meets its financial, operational and compliance objectives.

Job Qualification

• Lead and manage internal audit department, which includes setting goals and audit objectives, developing budget and audit program, and improving process, and providing guidance and performance assessment
• Set audit strategy appropriately for business units to meet the requirements, rules and regulations
• Prepare annual audit plan, develop audit programs, work papers, audit tools, and ensure that the programs are regularly updated
• Manage and control risk assessment to establish the scope of the audit for each business unit
• Provide guidance and review audit findings and working papers, evaluate completed work and documentation, and control the quality of internal audit report
• Summarize and present audit findings to acquire agreement on their accuracy
• Provide recommendations to address any deficiencies in internal controls or procedures, including creating management reports to MD, Board of Director or related Committee
• Follow up recommendations made as a result of audits to evaluate the implementation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that internal controls are adequate, and comply with relevant laws, regulations, policies, procedures, and codes of conduct
• Manage, guide, and support team members to promote professionalism and create a collaborative work environment
