How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Provide support for installation, operation, and maintenance of application systems (K BIZ platform)
• Monitor system performance and handle incidents to ensure service availability
• Coordinate and escalate issues to application teams or supervisors when required
• Investigate and identify root causes of technical problems
• Collaborate with development teams to resolve issues and deploy fixes
• Maintain detailed records of incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions
• Support shift-based operations to ensure continuous system support (24/7 coverage)

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• Experience in Application Support / Production Support environment
• Understanding of Incident Management, Problem Management, and SLA handling
• Basic knowledge of SQL, database, or system monitoring tools
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and coordination with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work in shifts and handle high-pressure situations
• Experience in Banking / FinTech systems is a plus
