As an IT Support, you'll play a key role in supporting business users, managing application access, monitoring system operations, and resolving technical issues. You'll collaborate with Infrastructure, Application, and Business teams to maintain high service availability while continuously improving operational efficiency and user experience.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Provide first-level IT support and technical assistance for enterprise applications.
- Manage user accounts, user IDs, and application access permissions.
- Perform user provisioning activities, including Add, Modify, and Remove user access.
- Monitor application usage, system status, and operational activities to ensure service availability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating incidents when necessary.
- Support application deployment, monitoring, maintenance, and operational optimization.
- Maintain accurate operational records and support documentation.
- Coordinate with Infrastructure, Application Development, and Business teams to resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with IT operational procedures and security policies.
- Participate in shift operations to provide continuous IT support services.
What Will Set You Up for Success
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Computer, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields.
- 0–3 years of experience in IT Support, Helpdesk, Application Support, or related roles.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Reliable, proactive, energetic, self-motivated, and customer-service oriented.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, or User Management is an advantage.
- Willing to work on a rotating shift schedule.
Working Schedule
This position requires rotational shift work, including weekdays and weekends.
Weekday (Monday – Friday)
- Day Shift: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM
Weekend (Saturday – Sunday)
- Day Shift: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM
- Evening Shift: 01:30 PM – 10:30 PM
