Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities
1. Manage user id and solve problem
2. Monitoring and Controlling of the Users
3. Authorize usability users of applications
4. Manage Add-Remove Users for applications
5. Provide User support through the technical issue resolution
6. Handle the process deployment, monitoring, maintenance and optimization
Weekday (Mo-Fr) - 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Day Shift)
1:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (Night Shift)
Weekend (Sa-Su) - 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. (Day Shift)
1:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. (Night Shift)

1. Bachelor's Degree in Business Computer or Related fields
2. Require minimum of 0-3 years working experience
3. Mature, positive working attitude and willing to adapt self for team success
4. Capable to handle multiple tasks / assignments and working under pressure
5. Strong interpersonal skills and be able to work both independent and as part of team
6. Reliable, energetic, proactive, self-motivated and pragmatic in approach
7. Fresh graduate is also welcome
