How You’ll Make an Impact:

• Support end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns across digital and owned channels.
• Coordinate campaign setup, scheduling, deployment, and post-launch monitoring to ensure smooth operations.
• Work closely with internal teams including product, design, content, and operations to deliver campaign assets on time.
• Manage marketing operations processes, ensuring campaign materials, communications, and approvals are completed accurately.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on key metrics such as engagement, conversion, and campaign effectiveness.
• Support customer communication activities including push notifications, in-app messaging, and CRM campaigns.
• Identify operational issues or bottlenecks and recommend process improvements for better campaign efficiency.
• Assist in data analysis and optimization to improve user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth

What Will Set You Up for Success:

• 1–3 years of experience in Marketing Operations, Campaign Management, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• Strong understanding of marketing campaign workflows and operational processes.
• Experience managing campaign execution across digital channels is highly preferred.
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace; familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is a plus.
