You'll collaborate closely with Business, Marketing, Product, and Data Analytics teams to ensure accurate campaign execution, high-quality reporting, and reliable data operations that directly contribute to customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

How You'll Make an Impact

 

  • Prepare and deliver monthly, weekly, and recurring business reports for management and business stakeholders.
  • Support cashback calculation, validation, and reconciliation for marketing campaigns.
  • Generate targeted customer lead lists for in-app media placements and marketing initiatives.
  • Translate campaign requirements, eligibility criteria, and targeting rules into accurate SQL queries.
  • Execute campaign targeting and lead selection processes with high accuracy and within SLA.
  • Validate customer targeting results to ensure data accuracy before campaign launches.
  • Monitor campaign execution results and troubleshoot data-related issues, including incorrect targeting, missing users, or data discrepancies.
  • Perform data validation and quality checks to identify missing data, anomalies, and logic inconsistencies.
  • Follow standardized data operation processes, templates, and documentation to ensure consistency across deliverables.
  • Assist in documenting business rules, SQL logic, reporting methodologies, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to continuously improve reporting processes, campaign operations, and data quality.

What You'll Set You Up for Success

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Economics, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Data Operations, Business Analytics, Marketing Analytics, Campaign Operations, Reporting, or related roles.
  • Basic to intermediate SQL skills with experience writing queries, joins, aggregations, and filtering datasets.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Pivot Tables, lookup functions, and data analysis.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify data inconsistencies and maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI is an advantage.
  • Exposure to marketing data, customer segmentation, campaign operations, or digital products is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of fintech products, digital banking, or customer lifecycle marketing is preferred.
