Within the People & Organization team, the People Experience role plays an important part in shaping a positive employee experience, strengthening engagement, and supporting initiatives that help our people thrive.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Support initiatives that enhance Employee Engagement and People Experience across the organization.
- Analyze Employee Engagement Survey (EES / EGM) results and support the development of action plans to improve engagement.
- Coordinate and execute employee engagement activities and internal events aligned with organizational initiatives.
- Support event planning and event management for transformation or people-related projects.
- Assist in project coordination and project management activities related to people experience initiatives.
- Develop communication materials and support internal communication planning for engagement programs.
- Prepare project proposals, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office tools.

What Will Set You Up for Success
- 1–2 years of experience in Employee Engagement, HR activities, or event/project coordination.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience or portfolio are welcome to apply.
- Strong project management and coordination skills.
- Ability to analyze survey results and support engagement initiatives and improvement plans.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience hosting events or acting as MC.
- Experience supporting employee activities or engagement events is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing reports and project proposals.
